Recently, we had the privilege of transforming a single-tenant building into the new headquarters of Grupo We and LVL—important names in the integrated communication market in Brazil. In just four months, we delivered a 3,800 m² conceptual project across six floors that embody the dynamism and innovation of these agencies.
Every detail of CH3's TurnKey conceptual project was designed to reflect the creative, youthful, and vibrant personality of each company. Here are some key highlights of the project:
- Inviting Spaces for Exchange and Connection: Spread across the six floors, we created various communal areas such as the Welcome Lounge with its vibrant meeting plazas, the Townhall integrating gourmet and event areas, and an exclusive executive lounge. All were designed to foster idea sharing, client engagement, and team collaboration.
- Relaxed Environments That Promote Well-Being and Creativity: The integrated open space, with capacity for over 300 people, and the "Welcome Coffees" on each floor demonstrate our commitment to creating a fluid and welcoming work environment where creativity can thrive naturally.
- Striking Visual Identity: High ceilings, an industrial aesthetic with exposed concrete and slabs, and bold color schemes on each floor reflect the vibrant energy and boldness of Agência We.
