The main advantage that CH3 offers is to continue, after delivery, providing Facilities services at a single point of contact. This facilitates and optimizes the post-key handover operation.

The same flexibility that they apply during the construction process also inspired the modus operandi of this new area of the construction company. This means that when the entire team  comes to work, the environment comes to life, pulsates and requires an efficient structure so that safety and maintenance items are monitored and attended to efficiently. If this does not happen, Facilities managers will have problems in the medium and long term. Because buildings talk. It is noticeable when maintenance is lacking. Plan 1 – Preventive Maintenance

Recurring maintenance services, through monthly visits, in the following categories: electrical, refrigeration, carpentry, painting and civil.

Plan 2 – Corrective Maintenance

One-off maintenance services, through individual visits, in the following categories: electrical, plumbing, frames and metalwork, painting, flooring and coverings.
